Download Service. We prefer Vehicle

Login/Password should restrict access privileges to RPG
and TRM Functions. |

RPG Report |

All RPG reports should be named: AVV INTERNET USED. ·
AVV will setup this report (see attached report example). |

Required Fields |

Stock number, VIN number, color, mileage, list price,
make, model and year (see attached report example). ·
If your Dealership uses a special field to store mileage
or to calculate retail price, please let us know. ·
The standard options for each vehicle will be decoded from
the VIN number. |

AVV dials into your
system to get updates between the hours of 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. EST. If we have a problem accessing your system during the night, we
will try again manually during the day.
Should we have trouble accessing your system manually, we will use data
from the previous day. If after two
daily attempts we still cannot connect to your system, we will contact your
system administrator to resolve the issue.
It is in your best interest to respond to these calls as soon as
possible.
