Setup User Login & Password

·         Login/Password should provide access to each dealership’s Vehicle Management, Accounting or F&I account (i.e. Ford-V, Hon-A) which will provide inventory through the Automated Download Service.  We prefer Vehicle Management.

·         Login/Password should restrict access privileges to RPG and TRM Functions.

RPG Report

·         All RPG reports should be named: AVV INTERNET USED.

·         AVV will setup this report (see attached report example).

Required Fields

·         Stock number, VIN number, color, mileage, list price, make, model and year (see attached report example).

·         If your Dealership uses a special field to store mileage or to calculate retail price, please let us know.

·         The standard options for each vehicle will be decoded from the VIN number.

Optional Fields

·         If your dealership wishes to include specific options (i.e. automatic transmission, leather seats, etc.), please use the option codes listed below to the ADP Dictionary Item, “OPTION”. 

·         The type of transmission a vehicle has is helpful.
