  1. Why am I the only one receiving leads?

    All of the leads are sent to one person (the main manager). The auto manager needs to be set up under the main managers account in order for the leads to be handed out automatically.

  2. My auto manager is set up, however I am still receiving email.

    The auto manager does not work for unmatched emails. You will need to contact customer support to have a filter built for sources coming in as unmatched.

  3. How do I change my password?

    1. Select settings from the navigation bar
    2. Choose edit user (managers choose list users then edit next to corresponding name)
    3. Scroll to bottom of page
    4. Replace password, represented by asterisks
    5. Click on edit user to complete

  4. How do I move more then one prospect into a different folder or salesperson's folder, all at one time?

    Go to settings. Click on edit/export prospect information. Set a search to find the prospects you wish to move. Click on next. Verify that you have only the prospects you wish to move checked. Click on next. Select the new sales cycle you wish to move the prospects to and choose the submit button in that section. In the same fashion you can move leads from one salesperson to another or export lead information on to your computer.

  5. When you send a broadcast email does the customer see all the other addresses?

    No. When the broadcast email is received the customer sees only their information. Email addresses are BCC'd (Blind Cross Copied).

  6. How do I get my pager only leads into the system?

    You must go to the sources site and set the pager address as your main "dealerspace" address.

  7. How do I change my sales status folders?

    The main manager can ...

    1. Choose Settings in the navigation bar
    2. Select manage sales status
    3. Select the folder to work in and click submit
      1. Select delete to remove sub-folder
      2. To add, type sub-folder title at bottom of page, or
      3. Move sub-folder arrangement with arrows on left of page
    4. Click Submit

  8. How do I add/change a lead source provider?

    Give the new lead source provider your main "dealerspace" address (i.e. sales@.dealerspace.com). Then contact customer support and have them add the source to your account. If it is a new source they may need an sample lead to build the filter and add the source.

  9. I just sold a car. Why haven't my reports changed? The system updates most reports on a nightly basis. Changes made today will be seen tomorrow. Downloads are done on a weekly basis so those reports, i.e. gross profit, update weekly.
